Week in Review is a weekly summary of railroad industry trends and indicators for railroad managers and customers delivered directly to your e-mailbox in Adobe Acrobat format. Its editorial focus is on on the important Small Railroad (AAR Class 1 and Class 2) community -- on innovation and how to maximize return on the assets at hand.

Rail customers benefit by staying ahead of the curve of what's possible. Small railroads benefit from insights on what's driving the large railroads (predominantly AAR class 1) and what their peers are doing to stay out front of events. Large railroads benefit from WIR's unique focus on shortlines, the single source of more than 10% of class 1 carloadings and -- increasingly -- revenue.
